To work under the instruction of the SENCO, teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individual/groups, in and out of the classroom.This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas.
Although the individual is employed principally to undertake the above key role they may be expected to undertake other duties as required commensurate with the post.
