Year 4 Teacher

Academics is working with a large, welcoming primary school near Caldicot to recruit a passionate teacher who can inspire and engage pupils in Year 4.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Support literacy, numeracy, and phonics development
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where needed
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching Year 4 pupils
• Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service or willing to apply)
• Two professional references
