LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a Senior Workforce Development Adviser to join theirWorkforce Planning & Organisational Development team. Our key priorities include driving forward best practice in policy and processes; delivering fully on our commitment to the Scottish Fair Work framework; and developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practice, all to effectively support the vital work we do for Stirling's communities.

As Senior Workforce Development Adviser, you will contribute to the strategic approach to Workforce Planning & Organisational Development at Stirling Council, understanding the strategic goals and objectives of the Council and leading on workforce development activities which support the achievement of this. You will plan, design, procure, deliver, coordinate and evaluate workforce development programmes to meet the needs of services and the wider Council and Corporate Agenda. As a member of the HR and WP&OD senior team, you will translate the strategic vision for the WP&OD service, the wider People & Community Wellbeing Service, and Stirling Council into deliverable goals which will guide the work of this team.

We are looking for an inspirational leader, who can lead not only their own team but to lead initiatives at a corporate level across the council. You will have prior experience of coordinating and managing a workforce development and/or OD provision. You will be a Chartered Member of CIPD and have experience of managing a team of people to deliver successful results.
