- Accounts Management: Process purchase and sales invoices; manage supplier and customer accounts; handle credit control.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll, including CIS tax statements and sub-contractor payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Administrative Support: Manage financial correspondence; order stationery; assist the Finance Manager with various accounting duties
- Experience working in a similar role within Finance for 2 years would be an advantage.
- knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accounting software such as Sage Accounts and Payroll.
