Sous Chef - Banqueting Kitchen- Luxury Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to work as part of the team in the Banqueting kitchen of their luxury Hotel in the Camberley area. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to work in the seperate banqueting kitchen reporting to the Head Chef. You will help manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high end conference and coporate events Professional Sports teams and weddings This is an excellent opportunity in a luxury venue which uses quality seasonal ingredients. The role is 48 hours a week with all straight shifts

The Role

  • Working in the events kitchen to serve meals for high end weddings, events
  • Managing junior chefs
  • Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
  • Working closely with other managers to ensure events are sent our smoothly

The Person

  • Already a Sous Chef
  • Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events to AA rosette standards in a luxury hotel
  • Calm and able to work as part of a team
  • Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.
