About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team at our Blackwater location. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating a variety of CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, with a focus on precision
  • Modifying CNC programs as required to meet specific production needs
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents
  • Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Troubleshooting and making adjustments to machinery when necessary
  • Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably with Mazak machines
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming languages and the ability to modify programs
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and check finished components for defects
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
