Description
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage monthly financial reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience working within the accounting and finance function of a business services environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package of 35,000 to 40,000 per annum.
