(Reception and Support Administration)
Full time, permanent role
8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday & 8:30am - 2:30pm Friday
£23,500 - £26,000 per annum (earning up to £24,800 - £27,300 + benefits)

Our client who are a reputable business in Frimley employing over 250 members of staff are seeking a full-time, permanent receptionist. This front-of-house role is key to creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative tasks. You will be the main point of contact for all site visitors and will support the wider admin and operations teams as needed. You will not be alone in this role as you will have the support of another Receptionist and together you will be supporting the company and their customers with a variety of duties so no two days are the same.
Ideal background for Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- Understanding of workplace health and safety is a plus.
Key Responsibilities for Receptionist:
- Welcome and sign in all visitors, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Book meeting rooms and manage room calendars.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Monitor and order stationery and office supplies.
- Support with travel arrangements and booking accommodation when required.
- Liaise with security and facilities teams for contractor access and site maintenance needs.
