We are looking for a confident and efficient candidate to join our client based in Camberley as a receptionist on a full-time basis, offering a warm welcome to visitors and supporting with administrative tasks to help the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • General reception/switchboard duties
  • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining accurate visitor records
  • Receiving and coordinating deliveries
  • Allocation, booking and coordination of meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Ensuring provision of facilities including refreshments
  • General administrative support
  • Ensure that any queries are actioned appropriately and passed to the relevant contact

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Well organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative

Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: up to 28,000 DOE

Location: Camberley

Contract: Full-time, permanent, office based (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
