Job Title: Director of Business Outsourcing Services
Location: Cambridge - Hybrid working.
Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 + bonus and benefits.
  
JGA are partnering with one of the UK's leading names in the Accountancy and Corporate Services space seeking their next Director of Business Outsourcing Services.
  
As an ambitious and experienced leader you will develop and grow our client's Business Outsourcing Service line, manage client relationships, and oversee a team delivering corporate services such as accounts, payroll, and secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Business Outsourcing Services portfolio, targeting the Farming & Agricultural sector. This includes networking, marketing, hosting events, and building market presence.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage billing, profitability, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance, address audit recommendations, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Client Management: Oversee client onboarding, ensure smooth transitions, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and support a high-performing team while fostering engagement and well-being.
  
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven experience in business development and fee growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability.
  • Excellent organizational and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and implement them effectively.
  • Experience with the Agricultural and Farming Sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
  
NB: Our client is open to hiring a "Associate Director" stepping up into a "Director" level role, so please do get in touch if you are looking to progress at this level.
