As Senior Financial Accountant, you will join our Group Finance function at a pivotal time in our evolution, playing a central role in reshaping how finance supports the business at scale.

You’ll be exposed to senior leadership from day one, working on projects that span digital transformation, finance operating, model redesign, and process automation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of large-scale finance transformation projects across the Group.

  • Assist in the optimisation of core finance processes, ensuring best practice and alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business units, to implement change and drive efficiency.

  • Contribute to the modernisation of our financial systems and data infrastructure.

  • Partner with senior finance leaders to provide insightful analysis on transformation impacts and value creation.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Group’s performance drivers, helping to inform smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
