Assistant Site Manager - New Residential Development

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to take the next step in your construction career? We are seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our team on an exciting new residential development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of a project, working alongside an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of site operations.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Monitoring progress and quality of work.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades.
  • Maintaining site records and documentation.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction (desirable).
  • A strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualifications.
