Assistant Site Manager - New Residential Development

Are you an ambitious and driven individual looking to take the next step in your construction career? We are seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to join our team on an exciting new residential development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of a project, working alongside an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-quality homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of site operations.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Monitoring progress and quality of work.
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades.
- Maintaining site records and documentation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction (desirable).
- A strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualifications.
