In this pivotal role, you'll support the Head of Department in leading the Multi-Skills & Trowel Trades curriculum across both campuses. You'll work closely with students, staff, and industry partners to ensure top-tier delivery, student success, and a collaborative team culture.
The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in construction or building services, a Level 5 teaching qualification, and leadership potential. The Role- Support and lead the delivery of Study Programmes, Apprenticeships & Adult learning
- Line manage and mentor a skilled team across two campuses
- Drive curriculum quality, planning, and timetabling
- Develop industry links and create real-world opportunities for students
- Champion student outcomes, inclusion, and teaching excellence
- Experience in construction education or training
- Holds a Level 5+ teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, etc.)
