Our client, a prestigious organisation in Central Cambridge, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is a critical role, providing high-level support to a senior Director.

Main duties include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Preparing meeting agendas and committee papers
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Managing international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organising dinners, meetings and conferences
  • Supporting with event organisation
  • Any ad-hoc administrative support

The successful candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible work ethic, willing to support in a variety of tasks
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Packages is essential
  • A calm and professional persona, always operating with integrity
