Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and multinational groups.
- Review and oversee corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide expert tax advisory services on areas such as group structuring, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, and cross-border tax matters.
- Liaise with HMRC on complex tax queries, compliance checks, and investigations.
- Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, supporting their technical development.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and advisory projects to support client growth.
- Support business development efforts, contributing to proposals and client relationship management.
Personal Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant corporate tax experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering advisory projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for added-value tax services.
