Our client is at the heart of their industry, leading the way when it comes to innovation and providing quality. In their sector, you can't afford to standstill, and with this, they are looking to add another senior member to their team.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Lead consumer preference mapping trials, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Design and implement testing protocols that boost efficiency across operations.
  • Explore emerging technologies and drive forward innovation projects.
  • Oversee and support shelf-life and data teams to deliver on business and customer goals.
  • Keep the shelf-life department running smoothly, from equipment calibration to resource planning.
  • Collaborate across the supply chain to deliver high-impact development projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven project management and team leadership skills.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel and statistical methods are a must).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement or New Product Development (NPD).
  • Knowledge of short shelf life food manufacturing products or innovative packaging solutions.
