Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Fitting Pair for a short-term project in Cambridge, working on the installation of spiral ductwork in a commercial/industrial setting. The role involves working with galvanized steel ducting systems to a high standard, following site drawings and health & safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities

Installation of spiral ductwork (galvanised steel)

Supporting framework/brackets as required

Reading and interpreting technical drawings
-
Ensuring installations are airtight and meet specifications
-
Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards

Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades
Requirements
-
Valid CSCS/Skill Card (Blue/Gold)
-
Proven experience working as a Duct Fitting Pair
-
Own tools and PPE
-
At least one fitter in the pair must be capable of reading and following drawings independently

Must have own transport or means to get to site
-
UTR number (for CIS payment, if applicable)
Desirable
-
PASMA or IPAF certification
-
Previous experience in similar short-term ductwork installations
-
Local to the Cambridge area or able to commute daily
