- Maintain and update the HR system
- Draft contracts, letters, and internal communications
- Manage employee records and generate HR metrics
- Oversee exit processes and final payroll
- Handle HR queries via inbox and HR systems
- Process monthly payroll and ensure legal compliance
- Administer benefits including pensions, BUPA, and gym memberships
- Act as the first point of contact for UK HR queries
- Support with performance and grievance matters
- Assist with visa and immigration administration
- Contribute to HR policy development and planning
- Provide admin support across core business functions
