Looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading property services company based in Cambridge on a permanent basis
- Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor/ remedial plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting etc within a social housing setting.
- You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.
Offering a competitive salary of up to 35,000, Company van, 26 days holiday + bank holidays , Bonus scheme, Enhanced Pension Plan
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Experience of working in a social Housing/ Maintenance environment
- You must hold a full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only)
