Are you passionate about early years education and committed to giving children the best start in life? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and welcoming team.

About the Role:As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 in a warm and nurturing environment. You'll be responsible for planning engaging activities, supporting individual learning needs, and working closely with parents and carers to ensure each child thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Observe, plan, and assess children's progress

  • Maintain a clean and well-organised setting

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 preferred)

  • Experience working in an early years setting

  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for working with young children
