You'll play a central role in shaping public understanding and political support for health research and innovation. You must have experience of working with or in Westminster, managing others and Public Affairs please.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute public affairs strategies to influence UK Government policy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with MP's,  parliamentarians, civil servants, and sector stakeholders.
  • Monitor policy developments and provide briefings to internal teams.
  • Represent the organisation at external meetings, round tables, and parliamentary events.
  • Draft consultation responses, policy reports, and advocacy materials.
Essential Experience and Skills:
  • Proven track record in a public affairs or policy role.
  • Strong understanding of UK political systems and public policy.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience drafting briefings and managing campaigns.
