Salary: up to 45,000p.a.
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm 37.5 hours (2 days a week from home)

Our client based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire are looking for an Customer Service Managerto join their team on a full time, permanentbasis.
As a Customer Service Manageryour duties will include:
- Leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction is kept at a high standard
- Upselling services where possible
- Dealing with compliance
- Monitoring KPIs
- Assisting with enhancing systems to help day to day run as smoothly and efficientlyas possible
- Dealing with escalated issues
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Managerwill have:
- Strong experience as a Customer Service Manager
- IT Proficiency including CRM / ERP software
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
