Person Specification

Qualifications and Training

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • MCIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Ongoing professional development is a must!

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading complex organisational change.
  • Background in large, complex environments-NHS or public sector experience is a plus!

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong grasp of employment law and HR frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results quickly.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
