HR Advisor: 1-2 Months Location: Cambridge (Hybrid Working Available)Start Date: ASAP£17 - £20 per hour My client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established and supportive HR team on a short term basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and deliver people solutions that support business objectives.Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will contribute to building organisational and people capability, managing change, and leading on key HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance across a range of HR matters
  • Lead and support organisational change projects and business restructures
  • Manage lower-level employee relations cases in line with best practice and company policy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement people solutions
  • Support the wider HR team as a leadership role model, promoting a high-performing, service-driven culture
  • About You:
  • Educated to degree level and CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • A well-rounded HR Generalist with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience in managing change, restructures, and employee relations casework
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to inspire confidence and demonstrate leadership within the HR function
