- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance across a range of HR matters
- Lead and support organisational change projects and business restructures
- Manage lower-level employee relations cases in line with best practice and company policy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement people solutions
- Support the wider HR team as a leadership role model, promoting a high-performing, service-driven culture
- About You:
- Educated to degree level and CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- A well-rounded HR Generalist with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven experience in managing change, restructures, and employee relations casework
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Able to inspire confidence and demonstrate leadership within the HR function
