Support Coordinator - Hybrid - Cambridge - £30,000

My client, a growing organisation in Cambridge, is looking for a dynamic Support Co-ordinator to join their high-performing business support team. This role is three days per week in their Cambridge office.

In this role, you will make sure systems, processes, and people run smoothly. You'll support internal users, lead small projects, analyse data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

This is a chance to step beyond a traditional support role and become a key contributor to company-wide performance. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, drive improvements, and make an impact-while being part of a collaborative, people-focused culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience producing insightful reports using Excel
  • Generate data insights from company software
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity
  • Experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
