We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business on projects
- Identify business requirements and develop solutions to improve processes
- Analyse data and identify trends that can be used to drive improvements
- Support IT team with implementation of new software and systems
- Provide training to users across the company on internal applications
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot systems when issues arise
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
- Strong familiarity and understanding of CRM and business systems
- Ability to learn on new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
- Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
