- Pure is recruiting a Finance & Administration Manager for a small business in North Cambridge.
- The position offers flexibility with working hours, allowing for either 30 hours or full-time across 5 days.
- Key responsibilities include bookkeeping using Xero, preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow monitoring, and managing payroll and pensions.
- Candidates should possess strong time management, organizational skills, and proven experience in finance and administration.

This role will ensure the efficient running of the finance and administrative framework of the business, this is currently a small business with a team of 6 but they have exciting growth plans.
The main duties of this role are as follows -
- Bookkeeping activities using Xero
- Prepare monthly management accounts for director review
- Cashflow monitoring
- Responsible for payroll and pensions
- Create and maintain budgets
- Manage HR & H&S functions
- Manage internal email inboxes
- Maintain and update records, databases and filing systems
You must be self motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills, you must have strong attention to detail and accuracy and proven experience in the above mentioned duties.
