Primary Supply Teacher

Burwell

£140 - £160 a day

We are seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team and support a variety of schools in and around Burwell and the surrounding villages. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students across different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to the needs of each class.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe to learn and grow.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
