This is a part-time position offering a blend of remote working and travel to services across the Cambridge region.The Role: As an Educational Psychologist, you will support the emotional, behavioural, and cognitive development of young people across a range of educational and care settings. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a vital role in assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure every individual has the opportunity to thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and produce detailed reports
  • Support Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes
  • Advise on strategies to support learning and wellbeing
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff and carers
  • Contribute to a person-centred, outcomes-driven culture

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (Doctorate or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, or neurodiverse needs
  • Ability to travel to services and schools across the Cambridge area
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report writing skills
