This is a part-time position offering a blend of remote working and travel to services across the Cambridge region.The Role: As an Educational Psychologist, you will support the emotional, behavioural, and cognitive development of young people across a range of educational and care settings. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a vital role in assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure every individual has the opportunity to thrive.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and produce detailed reports
- Support Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes
- Advise on strategies to support learning and wellbeing
- Deliver training and guidance to staff and carers
- Contribute to a person-centred, outcomes-driven culture
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (Doctorate or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, or neurodiverse needs
- Ability to travel to services and schools across the Cambridge area
- Strong communication, assessment, and report writing skills
