The Gog Magog golf club is a large private members club situated on the southeast edge of Cambridge.
We have two fantastic courses set over 350 acres, accompanied by a large clubhouse.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional, to join our team.
You will take ownership of the front of house team, overseeing the day to day operations of the food and beverage side of the club, reporting into and working closely with the house manager.
you will be joining an experienced team, in a friendly and enjoyable working environment with a members focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist & Manage F&B operations, including the bar, restaurant, and back of house operations.

Assist in training new staff, and to motivate our team to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Oversee setting up of events in the large dining room, and overseeing the events themselves.

Work closely with the head chef, & house manager with menu design and construction.

Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and rotation.

Assist in health and safety implementation, and upholding hygiene standards.

Assist in rota creation and weekly planning.

About you:

Previous experience in food & beverage management.

Hands on leadership, with strong presence on the floor.

Excellent organisational skills.

A passion for developing offerings and enhancing existing ones.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
