Learning Support Assistant

£90-100 Per day depending on experience and hours

• Support students aged 16–19 with additional learning needs in a welcoming Cambridge college

• Assist learners with classwork, organisation, and confidence building

• Work alongside teaching staff to adapt resources and promote inclusion

• Encourage independence and engagement in lessons

• Experience in an educational setting (college or school) required

• Calm, patient, and professional approach essential

• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable

• Must be able to commute reliably to and within Cambridge

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain) required
