Residential Support Worker - Young Adults

Salary: 12.37-13.49 per hour + 1500 welcome bonus

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll support individuals with personal care, therapies (like hydrotherapy and rebound therapy), and daily activities that promote independence-from creative sessions to trips out in the community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support with dignity
  • Assist with therapies and medical needs
  • Encourage independence through meaningful activities

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided, and you'll be supported to complete a funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
