Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:

    •    Liaise with customers to gather financial information and assess their needs

    •    Provide an overview of mortgage products available

    •    Work closely with national house builders to create tailor-made mortgage packages

    •    Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering mortgage-related queries

    •    Deliver exceptional customer service to every client

What We’re Looking For

    •    Exceptional customer service skills

    •    Excellent telephone manner

    •    Strong work ethic with the drive to exceed expectations

    •    No finance background required — full training provided

Working Hours

The office is open 7 days a week. You’ll work 2 weekends out of every 4, with 2 weekdays off in lieu.

    •    Mon–Thu: 10:30am – 6:30pm

    •    Fri: 10:30am – 6:00pm

    •    Weekends: 10:00am – 5:30pm
