By working closely with teams, you’ll help spot and resolve issues early, improve service levels, and streamline processes. In addition, you’ll play a vital role in supporting quality standards, Lean practices, and driving ongoing improvement projects across the business.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the movement of work through various teams to help ensure customers receive accurate and timely deliveries
  • Track and update progress on orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
  • Highlight potential disruptions early and work with relevant teams to keep everything on schedule
  • Help maintain quality and compliance by checking internal procedures and supporting audit readiness
  • Use Lean principles to support smarter ways of working and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Assist in capturing and updating key process documents and quality records
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to strengthen teamwork and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or equivalent) is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve
  • Experience or exposure to planning, stock control, logistics, or ISO standards is a plus
