Salary: 25,396.80 P/A

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join their Customer Service and Transport team. This is a key role, ensuring excellent customer service and helping coordinate the delivery of goods in a timely and efficient manner. There is an element of transport planning where full training is given.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders, while also assisting with transport scheduling to ensure deliveries arrive on time.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a customer service
  • Experience in manufacturing or transport planning is desirable, but not essential
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner, with the ability to communicate with internal teams and external customers
  • A team player with the ability to work independently during quieter periods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
