I am assisting my client within the charity sector, with their search for a versatile and commercially astute Marketing Manager with a strong generalist background and proven experience across both online and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, understands the full marketing mix, and can translate strategy into action to drive measurable business results.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that span digital and traditional channels, aligned with business goals and customer insights.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns including digital (SEO, PPC, email, social media) and offline (print, events, direct mail, PR).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
- Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives and lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience in a broad marketing role with a mix of digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance, growth, and ROI.
