Personal Assistant - Leading Kent Law Firm

I am working with Canterbury’s leading Law firm who are looking for a Personal Assistant to Support a Senior Partner.

This is a great role for a polished legal PA or secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both fee earners and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing proactive support to Partners and fee earners
  • Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and organising travel
  • Assisting with billing, time recording, and expenses
  • Supporting client communications and relationship management
  • Working closely with Business Development on pitches, presentations and events

  • A team player with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
