We are seeking qualified Primary School Teachers with QTS for supply roles across various schools in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic educators who are passionate about making a difference in early education and are looking for flexible working arrangements.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and educational lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain classroom control and discipline to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Assess and record students’ progress, preparing reports as required.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the planning of lessons and school events.
- Follow the policies and procedures of the school, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching at the primary level.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment.
