Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior QS and project teams with cost management, valuations, and reporting.
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor management activities.
  • Assisting with measuring, pricing, and preparing tender and contract documentation.
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets to support project profitability.
  • Contributing to the preparation of interim and final accounts.
  • Assisting with change management and variation claims.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working within a main contractor environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, contracts, and pricing.
  • Strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills.
