They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Assisting senior QS and project teams with cost management, valuations, and reporting.
Supporting procurement and subcontractor management activities.
Assisting with measuring, pricing, and preparing tender and contract documentation.
Monitoring project costs and budgets to support project profitability.
Contributing to the preparation of interim and final accounts.
Assisting with change management and variation claims.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

A background in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
Previous experience working within a main contractor environment is preferred.
Good understanding of construction processes, contracts, and pricing.
Strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Ambition to progress within a Tier 1 contractor.
