Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
