Secondary Teacher of Geography - Canterbury
Academics, Canterbury are seeking an experienced and passionate Geography Teacher to join the dedicated team at a "Good" school in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of all aspects of Geography and a passion for inspiring and motivating pupils to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality and engaging Geography lessons
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Manage student behaviour in the classroom and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a holistic approach to the student experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Geography Teacher with PGCE/QTS certification
- Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level
- Passion for teaching and developing student's knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
