Academics are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school in Canterbury, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting with personal, social, and emotional development

  • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or care setting)
