We are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join this amazing team and make a lasting difference on the lives of their pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH/ASD/ADHD)
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans (EHCPs) that support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SLT, and Families to create a consistent and nurturing learning environment.
  • Use creative, multisensory approaches to make learning accessible and enjoyable for all
  • Track progress, assess learning outcomes, and contribute to whole-school development.

What we're looking for:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience OR prior SEN Primary Teacher.
  • Passionate about inclusive education.
  • Skilled at adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.
  • Patient, empathetic and able to build positive and trusting relationships
  • Knowledgeable about EHCPs, differentiation strategies and behaviour regulation approaches
