Are you an experienced leader passionate about transforming the lives of children and young people? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our nurturing, beautifully furnished children's homes and help shape a brighter future for those in our care.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Overseeing daily operations in line with regulatory and safeguarding standards

  • Creating a safe, loving, and structured environment that promotes wellbeing

  • Driving positive outcomes for young people, supporting development and independence

  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted, Quality Standards, and the Children's Act

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential children's home

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  • In-depth understanding of Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards

  • A compassionate, child-focused approach to care and leadership

  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, and ideally, a full UK driving licence
