We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support a busy department in a large organisation based in Cardiff Gate.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & upload documentation on internal systems.
- Assist users of the systems with completing tasks.
- Communicate with users via email and telephone, offering support and guidance.
Requirements
- Adaptable and methodical approach to work.
- Numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new systems.
