Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactivelyengage with prospects to generate new leads while also working with warm leads provided to meet sales targets.
- High-Quality Conversations:Focus on quality over quantity by engaging in meaningful, consultative conversations with key decision-makers.
- Customer Engagement:Use in-depth product knowledge to have consultative conversations, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets:Undertake targeted cold calling campaigns to support ambitious sales targets, leveraging both new and warm leads.
- Process Adherence:Keep up to date with company processes and policies to ensure compliance and enhance customer interactions.
- Market Expansion: Help saturate the existing UK market and support the launch into new regions with strategic calling efforts.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads from live chats and social media, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Skills:
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Sales Experience:Previous sales experience, particularly in telesales, is desirable.
- Consultative Selling:Engage in consultative conversations with prospects, focusing on understanding and addressing their needs.
- Reliability and Proactivity:Being reliable, honest, and proactive is crucial for success in this role.
