In the role, you will support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the Cardiff branch. This includes managing existing trade accounts, driving sales through inbound and outbound calls, and occasionally working on the trade counter. You will also play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, stock control, and team performance. In the Branch Manager's absence, you'll take full responsibility for the site, while working in line with company standards and promoting a safe, productive work environment.

The Role
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team performance
- Drive internal and external sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Take ownership of the branch in the manager's absence

- Preferably from a construction, building supplies or trade background
- Wanting to progression to management role
- Based in Cardiff or easily commutable to
