Due to growth, an expanding FMCG business are now appointing their first Head of Brand on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing a small team, the Head of Brand will be responsible for nurturing and developing brand position, making a meaningful connection with their community and developing strategies for domestic and international growth. This role would suit applicants with experience of working with a consumer product in a fast paced environment, able to bring new ideas to bear.
Head of Brand duties
- Nurturing, maintaining and growing the relationships between the Brand and community.
- Ensure marketing activities and harmonised and consistent.
- Manage the marketing team as well as the budget and output of agencies and influencers.
- Deep understanding of Social Media (Meta and TikTok) and how to convert engagement into sales.
- Champion the cause and able to position the Brand as a pioneer in their sector.
- Analyse marketing performance and make changes accordingly.
- Develop customer research methods and develop strategies for expansion.
