We're looking for an experience Sous Chef to join our incredible team here at Heaneys as we progress and develop as a small independant business.
Experience is key, the ability to work alongside our Head chef and maintain the high standards and smooth running of the kitchen. Work alongside our head chef and owner Tommy Heaney in developing new dishes that are seasonal and using our very own grown produce from our garden.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the kitchen adhering to EHO regulations and ensure we are creating a fantastic, positive work environment for our team.
