Sonic Summary

My client is seeking highly experienced Sous Chefs for a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
The salary for the positions ranges from £30k for Junior Sous Chef to £38k for the Senior Sous Chef.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef for the Senior position and 2 years for the regular Sous Chef role, preferably from a fine dining or restaurant background.
Responsibilities include running service in the Head Chef's absence, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Proficient in all things Mediterranean, cooking from Fressh

As a Sous Chef

Right hand Senior Sous Chef to the Head Chef - £38k
Sous Chef £34k
Junior Sous Chef £30k
Able to run service / assist in Head Chef absence
Have a background in Mediterranean cooking, or from classical French rosette standard
Able to teach, mentor & train the team members
Have an exemplary work ethic
Be a real Team player

The Person

At least 5yrs Sous Chef experience for Senior Sous from a fine dine establishment
2yrs experience as a Sous for the Sous Chef position - must be from a restaurant background
Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background
As a Sous Chef be able to cook produce from scratch
Strong work ethic
Ability to manage a small team
Can step in and lead service when required
100% reliable
